The Employer of Choice survey is conducted once a year and shows how companies are perceived as employers among working people in Bulgaria. Participants evaluate their chosen employer on criteria such as reputation, work environment, career opportunities, salary, security, culture, leadership, social responsibility, products and more.
The organizers of the study say that due to the precarious situation caused by the Covid 19 pandemic, this year the attitudes and preferences of people towards employers have changed. For example, the top 5 reasons for choosing a preferred employer are the financial stability of the company, reputation, brand strength, quality of products and services and opportunities for professional training and development.
In the parallel Graduate Survey 2020, measuring the image of employers among students in Bulgaria, Allianz Bank is again in the TOP 50 most attractive places to work.
