Working time during the holidays

Regarding the upcoming holidays during the period 24-26 December 2024 and on 1 January 2025, the offices of Allianz Bank will be closed. On 31.12.2024 (Tuesday) our teams will serve customers until 12:00 p.m.

Through our digital channels Allianz Bank Online and Allianz Bank Mobile, you can access your banking products and order payments without limitation.

Allianz Bank Online replaces Allianz E-Bank

09.07.2024

As of August 1, the process of phased-out of the old Allianz E-Bank online banking platform begins. The new Allianz Bank Online platform will replace the existing Allianz E-Bank, providing users with a better experience, better security and better design.

In the coming weeks, customers' access to the old platform will be gradually restricted.

To log in to Allianz Bank Online, use the username and password you have used so far.

From 12.08.2024 you can order instant payments in leva with our new blink service in Allianz Bank Online. 

The blink instant transfers are available 24/7 in the new online banking platform Allianz Bank Online. The blink transfers are credited to the recipient's account in the country within 10 seconds, regardless of the recipient's bank or other financial institution.

Blink transfers can also be arranged in the Allianz Bank Bulgaria offices.
