General Data Protection Regulation / GDPR

May 25, 2018 was the date of entry into force of the General Data Protection Regulation which gives you greater security and the right to be protected from unethical and/or unregulated use of your personal information. At the heart of our business is the responsible storing and use of our customers’ data worldwide. The new Regulation is another opportunity for us to meet your expectations and justify your trust in us.

Consent for processing personal data

This is a statement of consent by which you may allow us to process your personal data for a specific purpose like sending you offers for financial services which reflect your needs.

You may give us consent to send you individual offers for specific financial services. In some cases we may send you without prior consent important information for changes in your product conditions.

We will process your personal data only for the purposes it was collected for.

Consent for data processing is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time. We may also process your personal data on other legal basis, like performance of a contract, complying with legal obligation, etc.  

Access to personal data is protected by numerous technical and organisational measures. Data may be used only on a specific legal basis and in compliance with our high standards for personal data protection.
