Fire, Lightning, Explosion, Implosion, Aircraft Impact, Road Strike Damage directly caused by fire (incl. short circuit, arson and malicious use of explosive devices), implosion, thunder strike, explosion, aircraft impact, road vehicle strike.

Natural Catastrophies Damage directly caused by storms, hail, snow and frost, flooding, as well as ollapse and landslide of masses of earth.

Home Assistance Provides assistance in the event of situations that affect the insured property and require action. The provided services are grouped in two groups - Emergency home assistance (e.g. repair of damaged plumbing or sewerage systems, repair in case of electrical failure, unlocking the front door of the property in case of damage to the lock, etc.) and Home assistance in case of damage to household appliances. A 24-hour Assistance Center is available if needed.

Third Party Liability The liability of the insured and the members of their household for damages caused to third parties in Bulgaria for the entire period and abroad within one month.

Insured Expenses Costs for limiting the extend of damage, for removing debris and remains, costs for accommodation or for renting.

Pipeline leakage Damage directly caused by leaks of water, steam or others; from freezing or rupture of pipelines.

Damage to glass Damages to of glass/glazing of windows, doors or furniture, as well as on facades and parts of buildings without applying of underinsurance.

How can I pay?

You can pay in installments or the total premium payable for your insurance in one of the following ways: by bank transfer to the account specified in the debit letter; by direct debit to your account in Allianz Bank Bulgaria; remotely via Epay; in any of our offices or in any of the branches of EasyPay.

If I acquire new valuables, do I have to update the inventory to my insurance?

An update is needed whenever an inventory list of content is attached to your insurance.

In what period should I notify damage to the insured property?

The usual period in which you have to notify us is 5 working days. However, in case of theft you should inform us immediately, but not later than 25 hours. In case of damages to third parties notification period up to 7 working days.

In what period is the inspection carried out by us?

Usually the period in which we perform an inspection is within 5 working days from the notification of the claim.

How long does it take to have the insurance indemnity paid?

We have to review, pay or reject claim within 15 business days upon receipt of all necessary documents and proofs for the insurance event.
