Allianz Bulgaria Pension Company AD is part of Allianz Group family. The company has been offering supplementary voluntary retirement provision since 1994. It was registered as an independent legal entity by a decision of the Sofia City Court under company case No. 1161/1996, with a registered office and management address: Sofia, Lozenetz Municipality, 16 Srebarna Str. The company has a license to perform activities for supplementary retirement provision no. 5 dated 21.09.2000.
The company share capital is BGN 7,500,000 (seven million and five thousand), divided into 7,500,000 dematerialized registered shares, with voting rights, with a nominal value of BGN 1 each.

- - "Allianz Bulgaria Voluntary Pension Fund for Occupational Schemes Allianz Bulgaria" was registered by the Sofia City Court in Company Case No. 7573/2007, EIK 175307548, Decision of FSC No. 601-DPFPS/27.04.2007. This fund does not carry out any activity.

Entered in the register of Art. 30, para. 1, item 13 of the Law on the Financial Supervision Commission with Decision No. 692-FIPP of 23.09.2021 of the Financial Supervision Commission and is considered to have been established by the issuance of the said decision. The fund is entered in the BULSTAT register with a single identification code 177524970.
- - "Allianz Bulgaria Planned Withdrawal Payment Fund " - It was established by the Decision of the Management Board of Allianz Bulgaria Pension Company of 14.09.2021. Entered in the register of Art. 30, para. 1, item 13 of the Law on the Financial Supervision Commission with Decision No. 691-FRP of 23.09.2021 of the Financial Supervision Commission and is considered to have been established by the issuance of the said decision. The fund is entered in the BULSTAT register with a single identification code 177524988.
