*Supplementary UPF pension coverage is mandatory for the persons born after 31 December 1959, provided they are covered by the State Social Security Pension Fund, excluding the persons covered under Art. 4b of the SSC.

All the acts issued in connection with the provision of electronic services to pension fund members, retirees and their heirs on behalf of Allianz Bulgaria Pension Company AD will be stored in an electronic form by the company and access to them will be implemented through an electronic file.
In case you find an omission or error in the information enetered by you in an electronically submitted application for participation / participation switching / access to an electronic file, please repeat the procedure for drawing up and sending the relevant form, accompanied by a written description of the desired changes. Allianz Bulgaria Pension Company AD is not responsible for a possible compromising of the security of access to your electronic device, as well as for an unregulated access to electronic identification means stored on it, which could create a precondition for the usage of electronic documents for the purpose of fraud or other conscious and unconscious actions by third parties to your detriment.

My Pension portal - the place where our clients can monitor and manage their retirement savings without leaving home and without wasting time visiting the office, no matter where they are.

A device with a camera and microphone (smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC) is required to register on the new platform. Registration itself is quick and easy - a short video session with a call center, during which the client must have an identity document (ID card or passport), after which access to all active services on the platform.

For the smooth transition to the new portal, we start with the reference functions for all funds - universal, professional and voluntary pension fund. Gradually in the coming months we will add new functionalities related to increasing the possibilities for managing pension savings. We will inform you about everything new in due time.

The batch verification system, which is currently operational, will be active until 30.06.2022.

The Company will return electronic copies of the received electronic documents, signed by the electronic signature of the company, to the e-mail specified in your electronic signature, on the day of receipt of the application and the contract, respectively - on the first workday thereafter upon submission in non-business hours or on a non-workday.
